By using PDF Books Lib you agree to these terms. Please read them – they are short.

Acceptable use

Use PDF Books Lib for lawful purposes only. Do not upload files you have no right to process, do not attempt to defeat rate limits or the security of the service, and do not use the tools to strip DRM from purchased ebooks or to bypass copyright.

Your content

You keep every right you have in the files you upload. We are granted only the temporary permission required to run the conversion you asked for. See our Privacy Policy for how long files are kept and what happens to them afterwards.

Service availability

We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime but don't guarantee it. Planned maintenance is announced in advance. If a scheduled Pro run fails because of our downtime, we credit the run.

Subscriptions and refunds

Pro subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account settings; the plan remains active until the end of the paid period. Refunds within 30 days of purchase are honoured if the service could not do what was advertised.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is capped at what you paid us in the previous twelve months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
