PDF Books Lib ("we", "us") operates the website at pdfbookslib.com and the associated PDF conversion tools. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what your rights are.

What we collect

Files you upload. We temporarily receive the files you drop into our tools so we can process them. They are kept for up to one hour on encrypted storage, then irreversibly deleted.

Account data. If you create a Pro account, we store your email, hashed password, subscription status and billing address. Payments are processed by our payment partner; we never see your card number.

Usage telemetry. Aggregated, non-identifying counters – which tool ran, how long it took, whether it succeeded – help us keep the service reliable. No document content is included.

What we do with it

Files are used solely to produce the output you asked for. We do not read them, index them, share them, or use them to train machine-learning models. Account data is used to authenticate you and to bill your subscription. Usage telemetry is used for capacity planning and bug detection.

Cookies

We use a minimal set of first-party cookies for session management and remembering your interface preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts.

Your rights

Under GDPR and equivalent laws, you can access, correct, export or delete your account data at any time from your account settings, or by writing to privacy@pdfbookslib.com. We respond within 30 days.
